It’s a different kind of post this week . It’s hard to believe musical legend David died this week. Just days into releasing his album. He died after battling cancer for 18 months. 

David wasn’t only a musical legend he was also an artist as well and actor. Innovator of doing what he wanted when he wanted. He introduced the world to Ziggy Stardast and from then entranced the world with his style and everyone fell in love. 

Many people from all kinds of genres of music payed homeage this fallen soldier of music. From Iggy Pop to Madonna to even Kanye West.

To me as well as being a musical genius and excellent artist. He was also a great solider standing for the downtrodden and showing the world what a true South London boy can do.

So rest easy Ziggy and your legacy lives on.
